January Fever and Goal Setting
For many people in the west, January is a time for making New Year’s resolutions, goal setting and charting a new course.I am an avid New Year’s resolution-maker, I confess. But I also review my resolutions throughout the year, although I don’t always reach all of them.
Here are 5 tips to help your resolutions stick:
Let your destiny unfold…
- Make them “do-able” and attainable
- Prioritize them
- Develop a timeline for each goal or desire
- Review your resolutions regularly
- Give yourself a reward for each accomplishment
I toast to “January Fever” and setting your blessed resolutions!
Dream big and put in all the details. Health, contentment, wealth, peace – these are some of the biggies we build our lists around…Ask anything you want of the universe and then take the steps you need to realize your resolutions. You are the captain of your destiny.
Making those resolutions can be a crucial step for manifesting your dreams.
Following through and reaching your destination is all about determination, designation (charting the course), and daring to dream in the first place.
