This way is Lethargic inaction,
it is the heaviness I feel.
Coming from an old and ancient locked up castle,
with a chained and rusted wrought iron garden gate.
my very own moat and draw bridge
who's defences are
the walls that I build
out of many materials.
It is man made,
a way to safety,
I did it
to keep everyone out.
For humanity, it comes in many ways,
drinking and eating,
or the ingestion of toxicity.
Burying your true identity,
coaxing you with false gifts,
then tuning you in.
If only you acknowledged it,
this is your spirit in action.
As I let go the pain, We are getting lighter all the time,
and nothing weighs me down.
I am floating down the river for freedom
and the heaviness is lost at sea.
Never to be found again.
The whole world is lighter because
Resting awhile,I look up.
Floating on the crashing crests of wisdom's waves,
feeling my lightness.
I remember I am forever amongst the stars.

September... Getting Lighter, my weight loss journey
Getting Lighter~my Weight Loss Journey..
This is how I have lost my excess weight...over the last two years. What you want to know ?
Gone are 60lbs.... gone, gone, gone and counting. My extra Weight is melting off and I feel so much better.
I get lots of oxygen (meaning I breathe, preferably clean fresh air and deeply) if I forget and start breathing to shallow, I am unable to fire up my metabolism.. and I drink as much water as I can you know... 8 glasses and all that.
I have been working at personal freedom by emotional clearing through counseling, acupressure, Healing Touch and other such energy work. I have worked at cleaning and clearing my old stuff and baggage. I learned to think about and concentrate on other things.. other than food that is.
I have made changes my eating habits bit by bit eating more and more organic and raw and vegetarian type meals and making healthier choices getting out most toxic substances and additives like caffine, alcohol,aspartame, msg, sulphites then the processed stuff sugar, milk, wheat, white flour products
(which all contribute to overweight bodies) only to notice that when I do make a less healthier choice and want something like ice cream, I have some and I really enjoy it. Now, I often feel the effects of too much sugar, bad fats and milk products and then I notice that I don't feel so good after I eat it. I remember and make better choices as often as I can. I drink lots of water all day and I eat some fruit first to begin the day. I also eat smaller meals more often so I don't get over hungry and eat too much at once.
I excersize regularly on most days by stretching, yoga, walking, hiking, bike riding etc. along with trying out new and fun activites as much as possible like zumba,dance, belly dancing, and aquasize. I started with short walks and did them slower then Iramped up choosing to climb,and go up hills and down hills more and more. I get out in Nature regularly, the healing energy and green-ness along with oxygen help you burn up calories. For guys it could be rowing, kayaking or walking the golf course, hiking, and bike riding. It doesn't matter what you pick just start and get out and do something but start slowly, now I just don't feel good unless I get out and excersize.
I also meditate every day and I increased my vitamins and minerals such as, magnesium, vit D, b12 and my fatty acids and added some apple cider vinegar for a while and/or kelp or iodine intake to help with hormonal balance and metabolism, I increased good fats such as tree nuts, avocado, coconut, almonds, because the good fats help you burn the not so good fat in your cells.
I talk to my body and my cells by saying good things and helping the cells by allowing the release of the excess and tell them that they are shrinking and don't need to hold on to excess weight anymore and I bless my food and water sending love which helps raise the vibration of anything you ingest.. I do my best to regularly send Love to my body, mind and soul....You should too. You'll feel the LOVE for it.
At my heaviest, I weighed 210 lbs on my 5'6' frame, it was really too much. Now I am at about 155 lbs with a goal of about 140lbs. My Getting Lighter and healthy weight loss journey is an ongoing success. You can do it to. All you have to do is take the first step.
