This crystal technique is very easy to learn and use. It is especially good for releasing energy and tension blocks. It can also be used as a pain drain, and as an emotional stress release – including “dragging myself around syndrome!” ;)
The right hand always holds the therapeutic crystal, even when working on another person. But for some people, such as “lefties” this may be reversed. Try practicing with both hands to get a sense, energetically, of which hand should hold the crystal.
For Releasing, the left hand drains unwanted energy away from the body and is held over the area to be worked on. Or, in the case of Recharging the field, the left palm is held open and upturned to receive healing energy.
Crystal and Gemstone Healing Therapy: Releasing
1. Sit in a comfortable position and take a few deep breaths and relax your body completely. With crystal healing, always center yourself and use the focus of your thoughts to help direct the energy.
2. Place your left hand over the area that needs attention. For
natural gemstone healing
a stone may also be held in this hand, held close to your body. Choose this stone according to its
healing properties.
3. Hold the wand crystal in your right hand and point it towards the Earth.
4. Continue to deep breath and see the pain move through your left hand, through your body, and out of the crystal held in your right hand. See the unwanted energy leaving your body through the crystal. (The crystal acts as a conduit to help you do this. The energy goes back into the Earth, where it dissolves.)
5. Stay with this crystal and gemstone remedy until you feel clear.
Crystal and Gemstone Healing Therapy: Recharging
1. For fortifying the same area, or to use at a different time, on another area…Hold the crystal in your right hand. Point it towards the area of your body that needs help energetically.
2. Hold your left palm open and facing upwards. Visualize healing light streaming in through your up-turned palm, into the crystal and into the place within your body that the crystal is pointed at. Do this until you feel recharged.
Healing with Crystals For Your Clients
1.For Helping Your Clients with Releasing…the hand that holds the crystal (usually the right hand) is the same as above. Your left hand covers or hovers over the area that needs attention. Drain the tension away from the area using your left hand. Direct it out of the crystal in your right hand. (Your right hand is pointed towards the Earth.)
2.For Recharging, (with the crystal in your right hand), point the tip of it towards the area you just drained. With your left hand (facing palm upwards), imagine healing white light infusing the person that you are helping. See the light coming down, through your left palm and through you. See the light focusing through the crystal and infusing light into the area that it is pointed at. (Be careful using this method on others; it can be very powerful. Use your intuition and sense to see if a crystal should be used.)
The
removal of energy blocks
are thought to remove disease, before it becomes physical. Crystal and gemstone healing therapy can make you and your clients feel much lighter. It is great for overall renewal and rebalancing. Combined with a healing touch session, or massage therapy, this method can be holistic healing heaven.
