Light Reflections
September 20, 2011 Light Reflections is an ongoing and continuing between this page and the Blog list at the top for The Lumia Holistic Healing website. It is now September 20, 2011 and one day away from the United Nations declared Day for World Peace. Tomorrow at 12pm there will be ONE minute of silence held in reverence for this purpose. We are moving into a new age.. the current 25,980 year cycle is nearly complete. It is time for all of us that are awake and aware of what is going on at an energetic level to hold that vibration at a higher level and be peaceful in all our personal interactions. We must practice forgiveness, gratefulness,love and healing for all and remember where and in what situation or context we could be the murderer, the criminal, the lost, the displaced, the rapist, the pedophile,the corrupt, the greedy, the depressed, the bomber, the terrorist and so on... we must surround them with love for they have just lost their way and turned to the dark instead of the light, all in the context of learning and evolution. We are all here learning to bring together the lightness and darkness of duality within ourselves to shine the torch, luminous in the blackest, coldest night for all to find their way to inner Peace and Joy. These times are paramount. It is now time for this new age to commence with wealth and abundance for all, living in harmony with all life. Including all beings, this includes Gaia(Mother Earth) herself and all the birds, plants & animals and insects. Everything has it's place and reason for being and now is the time for harmony and healing. So shine your lights bright so we can all see through the dark night night of our earthly souls to be in spiritual alignment for the creation of Heaven on Earth. May Peace Reign within you and yours, Forever More. Love & Light, J

Today was a Great Day, a healing exchange(my turn) and release, writing on the beach with wind and sun caressing me in the moment of this time, listening to gulls, eagles and natures song, smelling the sea, salt, sun & pine scents. Dishes done, a culinary creation, more writing and tidying up, computer stuff, a full moon ceremony on the beach with a fire and some crazy, funny looking ducks along with the taking of few photos.. and some insight to post. Here goes..
Take a deep breathe... just breathe, in out, in out. ThenI ask that you remind yourself to be at Peace. Breathing in the ever present Love within. Bless yourself with the grace that you send out to others. Be present and awake gifting everyone that crosses your path with laughter and a smile, as often as is possible for you. Choose a new and brighter thought every moment as you continue to balance the opposites within you. acknowledge the pain and hurt, while allowing it to be healed. Your most important task is to release all pain and hurt in forgiveness to yourself, and those whom you believe are the cause of it. Washing your spirit, cleansing your soul. Decide you are worth the freedom this entails. Be the Love you are made of. The ultimate creation transcending and giving way to be reborn anew. On this day be that for all time. This is love reborn again holding the light for all to see, shining brightly and so we are free. Namaste.. Together as One, and so it is. Love & Light to You

Yesterday, I went for a hike and three kept coming up.I left at 12:33pm, and arrived right back at my car at 3:33pm. This hike to Ripple Rock took exactly 3 hours, odd I usually see 444, or 555 222's. Anyways, I hiked along and took some pics and video, saw a variety of wildflowers, some dark orange ones were especially pretty, noticed a few garter snakes (it's funny how many people are afraid of snakes)a few people have been telling me lately all about their snake fear, hmmm wonder what that means.. anyways more on fear another day. Getting back to the birds and bees. I tried to get some bees to stand still for me to take photos, don't laugh... cause sometimes they actually do stand still for pictures, they were too busy... hahaha they were very busy bees. So on this hike I saw and listened to a variety of birds, They all seemed very happy chirping away flying this way and that. I saw some very tall trees, Maples & Older 2nd growth evergreens. I stopped and took some video and sat for a bit at 2 different view points. I noticed the light, and sat on the beach for a bit at a resting spot before you climb up to view Seymour Narrows where the largest non-nuclear under water explosion took place 50 years ago in 2009. I gave my lungs and heart a good workout and the view was pretty cool. There was a good Power Tower up there,I really wasn't expecting to see all the power lines. So I was a bit disapointed with that. Maybe, one day soon we won't need any lines. I also got to watch a pleasure boat go up the strait pulling a smaller recreational fish boat, it was making a lot of noise, had a big engine. I sat up at the top for a bit looking out over the water watching the ebb & flow for a bit. Then I spotted some really pretty mosses and really delicate looking white wild flowers all in a carpet under the trees. I contemplated for a bit more and went down to the beach and watched the light on the water and smelled the pine scented air. It was very pretty and peaceful there. The trail itself had quite the variety.. lots of rocks, bridges, stairs, ups, down, roots, flat parts, and steep parts. So it certainly wasn't boring. My favorite part was the swinging bridge. It was really fun to walk across.
.. and today I went to an inspirational talk by Dr. James Golden from the USA at Centre for Spiritual Living in Campbell River. He was really funny and told some wonderful, amazing & fun stories. I am so glad I was able to hear him speak, hearing him today was just what I needed to listen to about everything I had been thinking about lately.. (Ya my life works like that) I have a little different view than most. I think it, let go and the universe brings it to me in some way asap but only as long as I am really a able to let go of the result of HOW. So, back to the talk, it was all straight from the heart and brought many of us to tears, I walked out crying my eyes out, I could barely see, I had to go sit on the beach and meditate on it for awhile. I am grateful to have heard him. Thank you Dr. Golden your words truly were made of Gold and very helpful and inspiring. Namaste

I've been writing again, riding my favorite bike, walking amongst the trees in forest, listening to birds singing enjoying all the green of spring and feeling better about our world happenings. Hope is returning and I want to share a recent writing of spiritual healing treatment to aid you on your journey through this time. As we sit here in this time and place. We remember together that as individuals. We are all gods, perfect in every way. All creators. All unique & special, we are spirit in action. Living this life, remembering to be alive and waking to a new day. This is the divine creation of life on earth. You are all an example of divinity through physicality in this dimension. You are loved more than you will ever know in this reality. A unified force experiencing your truth here at this time. This truth moves you ever closer to the connection of heart and mind, soul and spirit. Realize that you are holy and whole in this body, in this mind, in this spirit. All living the holy trinity of time and space.
Gratitude resides within as you remember who you are and know the ultimate truth of you. Release the past to be present in the and revel in the moment of now. know this and feel it withinyour soul. Listen to the feeling of joy bubbling to the surface creating a waterfall of abundance coming forth to transcend all of your pain and fear, to create peace within and without. Let Peace on earth rain forevermore on this earth. Allow the joy of your spirit's innate nature to shine forth for a new day. Let us all continue creating Heaven on Earth together as one body, one mind, one spirit, one soul and one Love. Let this be the only truth we seek today and together we say.. and so it is. Namaste. Good weather is helpful and today is hot and warm, a cool breeze is flying along. It is a windy but sun-shining day on the coast. Today is my last class it is on The Power of Decision by Raymond Barker at Spiritual Living Campbell River. Decisions can be tough sometimes, but if we really feel it in our body you know when it is a Yes or a No. All is Well in my world. I was just in the process of adding Body Sense organic and natural products to this site, for your bodily pleasure, we all need to get clean and use healthier products in the process. It's all apart of LOving Yourself and being healthy & well. Clean and Clear that is the model for today and we do this in all sorts of ways. If you, continue this process of getting healthier everyday healing your body, mind and spirit, you are well on your way to living a more joyful life. Love & Light, J

It's the second leg of the Van Isle 360 today ending in Campbell River. I was able to get some great shots and video of the boats going by Willow Point,after lunch.. just south of Campbell River.. a few boats were all most stuck due to low tides, you could here the bottoms scraping, the crews were able to adjust right on time. Lots of wildlife out and about, an amazing day. Sun and wind just right for a sailing race and last night we had the most amazing sunset, pink clouds of color with purple shooting off from the mountains to the North West with a orangey pink glow at the end. I wanted to go down to the water, to check it and see the cruise ship going by out at Stories beach but after I left the wonderful piano recital put on by Daniel Dowker at a friends, I was cold I had forgotten my jacket, I have to try to remember these things when I go out. it's all about taking care of self well here on Earth school. Yesterday was also a great day. I went Kayaking off Rebecca Spit, after the spiritual living service in CR complete with singing and inspiration. It was so nice to be on the water, a huge eagle flew over head hovered above us and left, I said thanks, for the message, he flew off and then I saw some ducks and Canada geese and one lonely swan. So back to today.. the boats from the race are pulling in to CR docks where they will spend the night, I am definitely going down to take a look at all the boats. What an awesome day to be alive. Oceans Day in Campbell River, a free family event the 10th year was Hot and sunny, so I hope everyone had sun screen on, not so many kids with hats on though. So the dunk tank came in handy. Kids splashing in a water puddle on the pavement & running all over having fun, faces painted, chalk art in symbols- lots of fish, mermaids, whales, stars, puppies, trees, butterflies, and octopus'. Then running off to go about making sea crafty creatures and stuff, seeing sea critters in touch tanks,checking out boats and making fish prints. No whales at noon this year but still tons of people and a pirate. Today was also the Handyman challenge in CR.. I drove by and there are some pretty funky little sheds that were being made to order with some specs being fudged.. I'm sure as needed. Volunteers came out to help which always makes community events go smoothly. Last night's sushi outing went well, dinner was pretty good at our new sushi restaurant in CR Mong's and a little bobbley frog left outside the restaurant on the pavement made for a fun ending. It was soooo cute, a pale green plast-lic frog with a short tail, bobbing at us while we stood around giggling at the idea of blogging about it. Anyways.. now I am off to Black Creek to visit a friend and talk crystal and healing stuff. Bye.. till tomorrow or so :) J

I'm a little late..and lately that's the way it's been going. Changes coming soon to a theater near you ! so is the Mid Coastal, Vancouver Island, BC weather,late that is, spring has turned into summer in a day, hot and warm with cloud puppies in the sky. I'm serious, I saw 3 different puppy shapes in the clouds today... should have gotten my camera out but my hands were covered in dirt, nope, no gloves for me. I looked up and there they were (Yes, I see cool things in the sky regularly) look for pictures to be posted, so you can see too. So, with the new moon only yesterday it is a good time for planting flowers, vegetable starters etc. and usually I plant seeds, however after a past woody radish surprise due to the description wearing off of my row markers stix a few years ago, I forgot what I planted and ended up with huge woody black purple un-edible radishes that were 3 and 4 inches across, it was an odd variety and I kept staring at them asking what are You? They didn't answer back. Although I was hoping they would, so I would remember what I planted. Anyway's I got a start on the garden, and maybe I'll get some seeds planted this weekend. It seems though, I will be busy, going out to have Sushi with friends tonight at a new restaurant, then tomorrow, is Oceans Day in Campbell River hopefully complete with some whales and then Sunday, maybe a spiritual service and a piano concert..It looks like the spring into summer is off to a good start. May your own garden of planting food or flower art prosper with multitudes of colors, as well as grow green and luscious for this season and the next. Till next time.
